"Ordering was easy"

"Cute Canadian details, but felt a bit brushed off"
I ordered a Maplelea doll for my daughter and she genuinely loved all the little Canadian touches, like the outfits and the places mentioned. It feels more familiar than the usual dolls we see from the US, which was nice. Shipping was okay, not exactly quick, and the price is definitely on the higher side. I did feel a bit dismissed when I had a question about my order, like I was just being given a standard reply, but overall my daughter is happy with it.

"Kind of on the fence"
I wanted to like it, and parts of it are okay, but the face just looks a little weird to me. It doesn’t come across as very realistic, so I’m a bit disappointed even though it’s not completely terrible

"Didn’t last long at all"
This thing fell apart after about a week. I expected it to hold up way better than that.

"Packaging was disappointing"
My order showed up in this really flimsy box, and it was already bent up when it got here. There was barely any padding inside, so everything was sliding around—well, not everything, but enough that it didn’t feel protected at all. For the price I paid, I expected better packaging. I’m disappointed and probably won’t order again...

"Smooth exchange, but the refund was a little slow"
I had to exchange an outfit from maplelea because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. The exchange form was straightforward, and their customer service got back to my email really quickly, which I appreciated. The only downside was that it took longer than I expected for the refund difference to show up. It did get resolved in the end though, and overall I’d still order from them again.

"Shipping took longer than expected"
I ordered from maplelea.com thinking it would probably show up within about a week, but it ended up taking quite a bit longer than that. The tracking also barely updated, so half the time I was just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue or if my order was just unlucky.
The items were totally fine once they finally arrived, so no complaints there. But the slow shipping was frustrating, and I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something by a certain date, you know?

"Charged but no real update"
I reached out to maplelea.com about an issue with my order, it was frustrating. I had already been charged, but I wasn’t getting any clear update on what was going on. The replies came slowly, and when they did respond, it felt like they didn’t really answer my questions. It kind of seemed like they were just brushing me off. Not the experience I expected, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Cute idea, but the quality was disappointing"
I ordered a doll outfit from Maplelea, and while it looked really cute online, I have to say I was disappointed once it arrived. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot better made. The stitching was uneven, and one of the snaps came loose after my kid only played with it a couple of times. I’m sure it’ll still get some use, but i was expecting something that felt like it would last longer

I really loved seeing the more diverse doll options. It just feels good when more kids can find a doll that looks like them or their friends, you know? isn’t that something we should be seeing more of?

"Cute, but I had to do all the teaching"
It’s cute and my kid liked looking at it, but there wasn’t much actual learning going on. I ended up having to explain everything myself and come up with extra activities, which was kind of frustrating because I thought this would do more of the work for me

"Pretty solid clothes and accessories"
I’ve been happy with the clothes so far, they feel nice and comfortable without being a big fuss. The accessories have held up better than I expected too, which is definitely a plus.

"Too expensive for what it is"
Felt like the prices were just too high for what I ended up getting. Cute items, sure, but didn’t feel like the quality really matched the cost. Probably won’t order again.
